Discount Tire

Had to get a plug in one of my rear tires and check the air pressure in all my tires. I arrived at the location on Flamingo 20 min before opening. I was the 2nd vehicle here which was a great thing I got here when I did because within minutes there were 15 more vehicles. I got in and out within 20 min after the doors opened. Mike (service advisor) assisted me with quotes for several different tires and wasn't pushy in any way (which I absolutely loved). I will definitely come back to this location again even though it's out of my way.

I went to Discount Tire to get an opinion about a possible tire defect. Mike greeted me and was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Turns out my tire was just fine and I asked if I would benefit from a balance, and he said no need if my ride wasn’t vibrating. I would highly recommend this place. I made a mistake of going to a competitor. I did not know what service I was missing till I stepped foot into this place! Thank you Mike!

I don’t write negative reviews, but I will write one so you can avoid wasting your time. They don’t give you accurate timing of when your car will be ready. I came in to replace a tire, and ended up purchasing 4 new tires. Firstly, the guy on the phone told me they weren’t busy which was perfect because i had a class later in the night to get to, a class that could have been cancelled if i didn’t have time to make it. However, they told me the car would be ready in less than an hour and a half and the car was skipped. My roommate took me home to eat and when we went back to pick up my car, they barely started to work on it. He told me 10 minutes, it was 20 causing me to be late to class. I don’t know about you, but reliability is important to me especially with my busy schedule. I will not

All I have to say is Manuel is the MAN! He spent so much time with me to make sure we got the exact look for my gwagon! I couldn’t get a lift on the car but he definitely gave the car that look with the tire+rim combo. He’s my literal hero considering I have zero knowledge about tires and rims. I don’t write reviews but I HAD to shout him out! Thank you Manny!

I had a wonderful experience last night at this Discount Tire location. One of the supervisors/managers Mike took care of me from start to finish. He was extremely friendly and personable and replaced my wiper blades himself. The younger gentleman who patched my tire did a fantastic job and worked quickly despite the shop being incredibly busy. Thank you both!!
