Discount Tire

I thought I was tripping the LAST time I visited this location but this visit was the straw the broke the camel’s back. I came to get a simple balance on all four tires, told me I’d be done by closing time (which wasn’t an issue, I came mid-day anyway so I expected a long wait). I was told my vehicle would be ready by 5:47, which come to find out, it was ready at 4:39, I was notified by their texting/email system. I stayed at this store an additional two hours for nothing as NOBODY came to inform me my vehicle was ready, but they walked past me all our seven or eight times in between the time the vehicle was ready up until they finally TOLD me it was ready. I’m good on this location. Never again.

I priced tires at a few locations, and Sam’s Club and Discount Tire were the same price, though DT’s labor was slightly higher. I still preferred DT because the service has always been excellent over the years, and this visit was no exception. Not only did they match the price, but with my veteran discount, it came out even lower. And even though the schedule was full, they still allowed me to return later that day to get the service done. Thank you, Discount Tire, for consistently setting the bar high for professionalism and customer care.

Had an appointment at 5 pm. Got there before 5, and wasn’t seen until after 6. I heard them complaining that I came in so late while they were working on my truck. I must’ve gotten the team who doesn’t care about quality work because each of my tires is at a different pressure (over 5 psi different), and one of the wheels has leftover factory weights they left barely hanging on. They also left bead sealer all over the wheels that I had to clean off. I won’t be going back to this location.

Hours suck. They open as I'm driving to work Mon-Fri & close at the same time i get off of work. I get here on a Saturday the line is from counter to the door. Waiting room full of seats. I stood in line 10-15 minutes. No one is at the counter. 5 minutes later 1 guy said i appreciate your patience then disappeared again for another (at least 5 minutes). At this point the guy in front of me in line left. After waiting total of almost 20 minutes & not seeing a person I left as well. I don't have all day to stand in a line that doesn't move. PS. I'm here because I was hoping that they would fix a problem that another discount tire location created.

Had a flat tire and took my car to this Discount Tire branch. I arrived at 5:45pm and it was supposed to close at 6pm. Tyler was really kind and patient and inspected the tire immediately. After finding out the tire was damaged, he offered to replace it on the spot. I was in and out of the shop within 45mins. Top notch customer service and just a pleasant individual to talk to. Thanks again!
