Booked my appointment ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait. These guys are fast and efficient. In and out in about 40 mins with my tires change. They were able to price match Costco which is plus.

Shout out to Mitchell, the store mgr, and his team. I came in and had a certain brand of tires I wanted. There was a payment issue, that was a system error. He got it squared away. He called the warehouse to confirm stock and the said they had enough, so I was good to go when they arrived. He called me within hours and informed me that the warehouse made an inventory error and they only had 3 (I needed a set of 4.) We discussed another brand that I was interested in, earlier in our interaction. He was able to get me fitted with the better tires at a GREAT price. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Great customer service. Even though he’s a UGA graduate and I’m a Tennessee grad, I would definitely recommend this location. Give him a raise, corporate! Thanks Mitchell, for all of y

I bought four tires. They were nice but they struggled with the alignment of my Tesla. Also, I drove home and washed the car immediately after and discovered that they had broken one of my hub caps and just stuck it back on there like nothing happened.

I’ve never had such a great experience! Everyone was kind and helpful. The best part of this whole experience was my tech, Bryan. I left my car there for service, while my husband and I went to grab brunch. Within about 20 mins, I got a call that my car was ready. I was blown away at how efficient this tech was. I usually have to wait for a couple hours when I get tires serviced/replaced. Not to mention, I also got an alignment. Simply put, Bryan is the best! Give this guy a raise!

These guys are TOP of the line! Excellent customer service! Shout out to Tyreece and Tyler made sure to get me squared away after I accidentally purchased the incorrect size online. Even price matched with my mistake, which they did not have to do. I’ve been to several other DT locations, but will definitely go the extra miles to have my tires done with these guys. Hands down, top notch!!
