The manager Charles is outstanding, the auto techs work fast and proud of their job. They help unload and load tires and wheels back in your car. They balanced my custom HRE wheels with no issues. Outstanding work! Will continue to use their business. Gave me also pointers on tire combos I could run with my current set up. Balanced tires and wheels drive like butter.

Had a great experience at Discount Tire. I ordered all four tires (front set and rear set are different spec) and they still arrived less than 2 days, which was faster than expected. Once I arrived for installation, the team had everything ready and finished the install in about 40 minutes. Smooth process, efficient service, and very professional staff. This place has been my usual go to tire center but will definitely come back and recommend this location to others.

[Edit: The manager reached out to me to apologized for the issues I had. He told me that Discount Tire has never aligned any tires on any vehicle and that alignment was not needed for safety. I am still going to have my balance and alignment done somewhere else from now on.] Incompetent, deceptive, and potentially dangerous Let me get this straight: Discount Tire just told me they lack the training and equipment to align or balance Tesla tires—and never will. But 5,000 miles ago? They had no problem selling me four brand new tires and “installing” them on my Tesla Model 3. Funny how that works. So which is it? Great prices and they price match. Unbeatable warranty that they honor completely. Service is usually pretty good and turn around time is good. My only wish is that they would clean off the residue from the old weights off your wheels. Other than that they’re pretty solid.

I called to inquire about tires spoke with Caleb he was very helpful got a very competitive price on tires. Arrived the next morning at 8:30 they had me in and out by 9:30. All staff I dealt with were very courteous and friendly. A very good experience I will definitely be a return customer. Keep up the good work guys!
