Discount Tire

Walked out my car to find i had a screw in the front tire. I called and talked to Connor. He helped me with the questions I had and pricing for new tires. I said I would see him in 5 mins. When I got there I was greeted by another person and he treated me great. Opened the door like a true gentleman. My interaction with all the staff was amazing. Never felt like I was being treated differently all because I was a woman. Thank you Connor, Jake, and Alexis. Discount Tire please make sure you appreciate your staff and tell them they are doing amazing. I will definitely tell my friends this is the place to go.

Edit: my husband let me know that the left rear bolt was completely loose. They did not tighten it at all. If I could give them no stars, I would. Discount tire needs to do better. my alignment should not be off by 9 degrees. This would not happen after driving it for a month. I’ve driven this car for a year and at the max the alignment was off was 1%. I am truely disappointed by their service and the policies that they have in place. The bolts were not tightened correctly for the alignment to last and now the steering pulls to the left. Go anywhere else. Especially for an alignment. My husband took my KIA into discount tire on December 13th for an alignment. Then we left for Christmas break (flying). We got back and have driven the car for a month. If I could give 500 stars, I would! I ran over a nail on my way to Boulder, and the awesome folks at discount tire stayed past closing time to help me out and patch up my tire! I was afraid I was gonna be stranded but they came in clutch! Everyone who works there is so kind, I very much appreciated them going so above and beyond to help me out. Shoutout to Zach for being so kind and helpful!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Discount Tire store on 2060 Main Street in Longmont. I was traveling soon and needed new tires ASAP, but the set I wanted was not in stock. Their Service Advisor, Tylar Pennock, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Tylar understood my situation and managed to get the exact tires delivered and installed the same day! His friendly, professional service was matched by the rest of the crew, who were fast and courteous. To top it off, they were able to match and even beat the price I had found on Tire Rack. The aftermarket service was just as impressive. I highly recommend Tylar Pennock and the entire team at this Longmont Discount Tire. They are simply amazing to deal with!

I'm from out of town (Kansas City MO) and needed a tire rotation, re-balancing and TPMS checked that wasn't working. They did a digital check of my TPMS sensors and found 2 that weren't working. Bryce showed me that these sensors only last up to 7 years and need replacement, so I had all 4 done. They completed the work in about and hour and I was on my way. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable team, and fast and competent team here. I've been a Discount Tire customer for many years at several interstate locations due to moving over the last 15 years and they always are great. Thanks to this location's team for continuing to provide excellent nationwide service and support. Great job!
