Discount Tire Lynnwood installed 4 new tires purchased online. Scheduling was easy and service was quick and friendly. They started at the appointment time and completed in about 45 mins. The tech even explained that TPMS may take a few minutes to adjust to the new tires. A quick visual inspection looked fine but it was raining that day. A few days later, after washing my tires and wheels, I found several scratches near the wheel lip close to the tire. Scratches were relatively small, about 1/2 inch or less, on the topside of the wheel lip, and could not be from curbing. In fact, my wheels had no other damage anywhere. I brought my vehicle back to the store and spoke to AJ, the Sr. Assistant Manager, who assured me it would be taken care of. He took pictures and was friendly and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience during my most recent visit. One of the associates broke a wheel bearing screw, and instead of properly fixing the issue or providing appropriate compensation, they only gave me a set of new nuts—which did not resolve the problem. As a result, I now have to seek mechanical repair elsewhere. Update: The day after posting this review, I received a call from the store manager, Chase, who listened carefully to my complaint and promised to resolve the issue. He asked me to stop by the store to pick up a repair referral form for a partner auto workshop they work with. I brought my vehicle to the shop the next day, and within three hours, they replaced the broken studs. There was a brief challenge when one of the repair shop employees didn’t understand how

The staff are super sweet and got tires done at a decent time.. However, They fried my security system doing an "emissions " check. When i just needed tires. Its costing me 900.00 to replace it completely, plus a fob. They can't fix it themselves because they dont have the equipment. But have no problem DELETING functionalities. If they refuse to pay that bill, say hello to a lawsuit for safety system tampering.

Have been using this location of Discount Tires for over ten years. Had been mostly satisfied. This time when going in to purchase two tires, the person who's name I didn't catch, was derogatory in his interaction with me. Chose the word cheap at the choice of tires. Also had me pay before the service, which isn't policy. Then neglected to give a receipt, and I returned to get a receipt when I realized. This isn't the kind of service rep am used to getting at this discount tires. Will consider going somewhere where respect is consistent as this business had been

One of the best tire places I’ve gone to. We’re lucky to have such a great store in our community, good prices, never overcharge, an great friendly and helpful staff. They almost make having your get your tires fixed a good time.
