Will took extra good care of me. He helped me with an appropriate tire selection that offered longevity as well as stability in the rain. Will then beat the pricing from other retailers. My tires came in the next day. My husband was unexpectedly hospitalized and I was unable to get to the store for my tires as planned. Called Will and explained what was going on. Offered to pay for my tires ahead of time. Will was so very kind and caring. He told me not to worry and to come in when I could. When I was finally able to get there it was Will’s day off. After stopping at a couple of other tire places, Discount Tire on Hwy 72 will be my new tire place, forever. I wish every place I spent money at, was like this. The representative at the counter took his time helping me, looking at the tire, and walking me through a bunch of different options. He asked about military service proactively to help me get the best deal, and because I was looking for the cheapest fix, we had to order it. He still offered to put the new tire on my old rim while waiting for the part to come in. In the back, I could see the full staff of techs working their butts off, but also laughing and pranking one another. Oh my gosh! I had the most amazing experience with Mr. Sutton today at Discount tire in Madison. He was so informative and genuine. Helped me find the right tire with the right fit. Even recommended better product that would be more universal (and budget friendly). I am a young woman and have often been mistreated or have tried to be sold things in my ignorance. But he was not that way! He was honest and very understanding of my situation. He even likened me to his sister in that if he wanted what was best for her to drive on that’s what he wanted for his clients too. Over all I had the most amazing experience and will come back in 50k miles, or sooner, with a gift basket. Thank you so much!

Had to have tire air pressure censors replaced. I called them and they had the best price around. They checked and all but one had low batteries. Everyone there was polite and seemed to know their business. They only charge for the parts. No labor charge. Service was as fast as could have been expected considering they were packed with customers. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys.
