Discount Tire

I’m from out of town out here on work. I decided last minute after yesterday’s rain that I really needed new tires for my work beater. I was able to get the tires I wanted installed same day. I found out they had an alignment rack when I got there so I was able to get that done during the same appointment. Fast, easy, friendly and convenient! I would heartily recommend this shop. I’ll probably never get around to it but they have lifetime free rotations with purchase. ***Edit*** Back for a second time with my truck this time. I came in at 5:40 the other day for an alignment after biking takeoff wheels and tires off a 2026 Ford out of town. Quick, easy service and the truck drives like a dream. Love these guys!

After blowing a tire on my 5th wheel camper on I-70, David at Discount Tire in Manhattan got me back on the road with 4 new ones in no time at all. Great team of employees here and they were all happy to help. They had the tires I needed in stock and got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend.

Update: I wasn’t expecting a phone call or any follow up from Discount Tire; however, the store manager called me the following day to follow up and brought me back in that weekend to repair the situation. They took the time to explain the confusion and what they believed caused the sudden deflation (the hole likely expanded after being tested during inspection). They replaced the flat tire and put it back on as well as making sure my spare tire was filled with air. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire experience and truly went above and beyond to resolve the situation. TLDR: Imagine a tire shop commercial where everyone is smiling, the staff make you feel genuinely reassured that you are buying a good product, and that if you every have an issue the staff is on your team not against you. THAT is exactly the experience you get at this Discount Tire, every time. I am surprised I haven't left a review here before. My first experience with this Discount Tire was a repeat offense of getting nails in one of my front tires. I swear it happened like once every other month for a year. And every time I found a nail in my tread I felt confident that I could take my car to DT and get it taken care of within an hour. I had an amazing experience here! First I called while at Autozone and I was told to come by and they could change my trailer tire and have me out in 45 minutes. I got to the store and the assistant manager, Steven Bartel, greeted me. After verifying that he had the tire I needed, he inspected all 4 trailer tires and recommended replacing both rear-end tires. I was towing a truck at the time. I was able to have both tires replaced without downloading the vehicle. The tires were very reasonably priced and he was able to get me on my way within 45 minutes. Not once did I feel pressured to do anything. I made it to my destination safely thanks to the professionals at Discount Tire.
