⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just moved to Austin and needed tires. I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire thanks to Bradin! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of with my tires. You can really tell he cares about helping customers alnd making sure they leave satisfied. I also want to give flowers to the manager, Randy 🌸 for running such a great team. The customer service and positive environment really show. This team works in unity and all communicate all around! Thank you both for making the experience quick, easy, and stress free. I truly appreciate the great service!

A car had damaged one of my tires so I went to discount tire to get it replaced, and all four of my tires were due for replacement. The kind gentleman who had helped us explained that my tires needed to be replaced because they were six years old. I commute three hours to work every day and didn’t want to get hurt. So I replaced all four of my tires and the guy who had damaged one of them paid for one the tires. The tires are beautiful, and when they took off my spare tire, they had placed it beautifully in my trunk all organized. The kind man was professional, personable, quick, and so easy to work with during this frustrating day. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you!

I bought name brand tires at 1500 dollars for my truck and had a problem with them after a few days and was not able to make it back in for a while to get them checked out. When I finally did I waited 2 hours to be seen. I suspected the tire was out of round or separated. I was told it was cupping and it was because of my alignment. But it started happening days after the tires were installed. I was told there was nothing they could do except move the wheel to the rear of my truck because I did not buy the certificate for refund or replacement. Fast forward weeks later and the vibration is now in the rear so I do not believe it is cupping and I found my receipt from original purchase and I did indeed buy the certificate for replacement. I went in yesterday to have tires replaced and already knew I would need at least two, so I was prepared for the cost. I was greeted quickly, but the representative spoke very fast and the interaction felt more like an upsell than a helpful conversation. While I didn’t love that approach, I already knew which tires I wanted and had a price range in mind, so I moved forward. They took my car, gave me an estimated time, and I went for a short walk. I returned about 40 minutes later and waited while handling a brief work call. During that time, the representative apparently called my name, but I didn’t hear it. I really like to go to this discount tire location. The team there are very nice and engaged. Yesterday was my third time there (diferent car)..I went the day before at 3:00 pm and asked for a specific tire brand that I like and they didn't have it in stock but ordered them for me. I called the next day in the morning and they had them ready waiting for me. This was an amazing experience and of course I'll go again and highly recommend..
