Discount Tire

My vehicle was VERY mishandled and neglected. They left my vehicle in the dominos parking lot right across. Because of this someone else HIT MY CAR- Discount claimed to not know anything when I picked it up. And when I did pick up my vehicle my car was reversed parked to hide the damages. Discount still refuses to take responsibility for the neglecting and mishandling of my car. Had it not been left in a different parking lot that wouldn’t have happened. Fischer the manager specifically stated this happens often to them, to their workers and clients. Fischer stated they leave their vehicles in the Dominos parking lot throughout the day to show when the vehicles are done and ready, then move them back at the end of the night. Always use this place and typically have gotten great service. But today I spent $1500 on new tires and I was not happy to see they left the wheels very dirty. Customer service isn’t what it used to be.

Less than a year ago, they damaged a wheel and admitted to it. Today, they damaged another one, and it’s a different story. I’ll attach pictures of the first damaged wheel. These wheels were also bought from a discount store. I’ll update if they fix their issue this time.

I made an appointment for my wife to take my four-wheel-drive truck in for a tire rotation because I work out of town. She took it in as normal. I got home. Swap trucks came back out of town and noticed a tire that I told him how to gouge in it was on the driver side now it’s on the passenger side. I called and talked to the store and asked them how they rotate because I’m not happy with this it’s a four-wheel-drive truck he explained to me They rotated crisscross pattern on a tire rotation. this is not how you rotate a four-wheel-drive. I explained to the manager and all he could say was yes sir. I’m sorry they need to do better! They need to train their people if that’s how it is in Mansfield at my tire store. I’ll find a new tire store if that is zero rating I would give it to them!
