I was visiting from Kansas City and a rear tire developed a slow leak. Discount Tire treated me very, very well. They explained my options for tires, explored my spare situations and educated me. I'm 71 with a spinal condition so Keaton actually came out to my van so I didn't have to hobble inside. When the new tires were installed (I bought two) my van was delivered next to the car I rode to Discount Tire. I would highly recommend for their professional and courteous treatment as well as the quality servicing of my van.

Mundo went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of swiftly, answering questions that I had and providing me with the appropriate information that I needed. Although I went in for a free service, he treated me with the kindness and respect of a paying customer. No complaints, only compliments.

Got new Copper ATP tires on my 2015 Tacoma 4x4 at DT Leander. Felt a bad vibration the next day on the freeway. Took truck back to DT Marble Falls where I usually get tires from even for my work truck. Spoke with Mando about the issue. They removed all four tires and did a Road Force test. Chase pulled me aside where he showed me my right rear tire was wobbling on the balance machine. Chase believed my rim was bent. Mando agreed. Tyler removed the tire from the rim and placed the rim on the balance machine. I immediately noticed what Chase, Mando and Tyler were talking about. I ordered a new rim from Toyota and Mando set me up for an appointment the next day to have me in an out quickly due to scheduling issues and having to be out of town for work. I've been a Discount Tire customer for many years and was thrilled when they opened a store in Marble Falls, closer to where I live. Living in an area where new buildings and sudivisions pop up like dandelions, I'm a big fan of their tire insurance. You never know when you'll pick up a nail or other sharp object. Discount Tire is quick to fix or replace the injured tire and get me rolling again. The staff is courteous, helpful, and hard-working. If you have a concern, a manager will quickly address it. You can count on Discount Tire, and I do!
