Tyler the senior assistant manager is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He needs to be recognized because of his kindness and great customer service. He handled all the customers including myself very well even though it was super busy handling phone calls and customers super efficiently. He made sure everything was going smooth. Everybody in the bays are super friendly. Super clean shop and store. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come here again and do business.

Very professional service and true to their name. Was able to get 4 tires for my Kia Carnival for 537. Paid online but the website got the tires wrong. When the service provider said this I expected the price to go up but it did not. I had also been looking to get new rims for my wife’s van for a while. I inquired and I’d like to specifically shout out Ayden. He was able to get me seriously HOOKED UP. Rims look absolutely insane and made the van feel like a new vehicle. Got the hawks. Out the door for around 1200, brand new tires and four rims. 10/10 would absolutely take my vehicle here anytime I need tire work done or any other service they provide. Good team of great, honest people.

Probably one of the last places to honor appointments and actually start working on you vehicle at the time agreed upon. That in itself is 5 stars. You pay more than Walmart, but the warranty and service that is offered is far superior and more than worth the little added cost. If you are in need of anything dealing with tires or rims, this is the place to go.

Discount Tires runs a great operation! I purchased my offroad truck tires from Custom Offset, i requested a quote for install/mount/balance and they gave me a far price i couldn't turn away. My appointment was under an hour, the team rep Tyler who assisted me was very professional and fantastic to work with. As long as i own a vehicle and tires are needed, discount tire will be my go to place for service

5 stars for 5 reasons 1. This place is AWESOME! Aiden really went out of his way to help me on the phone before I drove an hour to get new tires! He was super nice even after asking him a lot of questions, he very patient and nice! 2. I was able to get credit for my old tires, military discount and 80 off for signing up online account. Aiden helped me with this. 3. Jacob helped me with the check in process and he made it super easy. Jacob was also patient and understanding. 4. The installation time was about an hour and they were able to get it back to me in 45 mins or so! Everything was done perfectly. 5. Virtually no wait time when I got there and picking up! Came on a raining day. Only negative I would say is the bathroom lol needs to be cleaned a little
