This place is excellent. Close to costco and my gym so can go get things done while waiting. Jeremiah was very helpful. Discount is always the best.

Couldn't be happier with the service at this location. I've been going to them for years for everything tire related. They're always friendly, attentive, and make sure I'm taken care of as quickly as possible. Sometimes there's a longer wait time, but that's the nature of the business. They're almost always busy, but I typically make an appointment ahead of time. Last week (2/27/26), I went in for a tire balance and rotation. When I told them I needed to go get an alignment after the service, they told me they started doing that service about six months ago. I was thrilled to get it all done in one stop. They were able to add it to my existing appointment. My front tires wore unevenly due to the alignment and rotation being put off for too long. I had to get two new tires. They're always w

Ordered tires here in store with an associate, was told, and put in writing it would be 3-5 business days. The following week, still no call, I called and was told they would be in that day or the following, coming from Spokane. 3 weeks later, still no tires. No call. Spoke with corporate who told me I’d hear from management of the store… still no one called. I call and am told my tires are there… I go in, wait hours, then they try to charge me for the installation I already paid for up front. Definitely won’t be back. Horribly mismanaged.

Loved everything about Discount Tire. I had a blow-out the other day and was able to order new tires online in the morning and have them installed the same day at a time of my convenience. They had the same tires in-stock from Yokohama that I had gotten many times in the past. The tires were also very well priced and saved me more than two hundred over the next brand with similar performance and warranty from a competitor's tire shop. The staff was friendly, courteous, and also accurately prompt--they told me how long it would take and that's exactly how long it took! With their text messaging you get a link to the progress of your vehicle that you can monitor on your phone. They even put my spare tire back in it's well under the trunk. I generally have an overall positive experience with Discount tire & America’s tire. I recently had a minor issue with ordering some wheels and tires that led to miscommunication and a delay in my order. In my opinion, Jeremiah, the store manager, went above and beyond to redeem the error and make good on the order. I’ve always been a fan of the service and values of this company, and Jeremiah has made me a big fan of this location.
