The entire team works well together, and I will always recommend them for all work on my cars. Neil the manager is always willing to assist and keep customers update on their vehicles. The techs at the front desk are always professional and give great advice and recommendations to make customers care safe to drive. Justin the lead tech in the garage is a great genuine person, and I always request him to work on my vehicles. Thank you team for making a difference in our community.

Really good customer service! I accidentally re-scheduled my appointment time to another date but they were kind enough to take me then & there. Ahren helped me with working out replacing two of my tires, staff is super friendly & helpful. Would recommend!

Not only this location, but every location that I have visited over the years (+15 y) has been genuine with me. During the last four years, I have exclusively used discount tires for their repair services only-NO purchases of goods or service. They know who I am!, yet they are always kind and eager to work with me for my tire repair needs (always no charge)….they consistently take care of my concerns quickly, efficiency and with real care/concern. When my 2015 Honda Accord is ready for some new tires, you can bet that I will go straight to Discount Tire to purchase them! I truly appreciate the straight forward & friendly manner this company has treated me over the years.

Great experience here. Very professional, thorough with their inspection, transparent with their diagnosis and great with their communication. I worked with arean, but I could tell the entire staff was top notch. Highly recommend.
