I’m a Walk-in customer at approximately 1:45 pm. Tristen assisted me within 2 minutes. I came in to have tires Rotated & Balanced. We walked outside to my vehicle and Tristen visually inspected all 4 tires. Tristen advised he would have me back on the road by 3:00 pm. I was actually back on the road by 2:30! Good Tires, BUT watch it! Been going to Discount Tire for years. Even have my kids going there. This last time I went I got my Michelins and they didn't want to stop at great service and value. They tried desperately to upsell. First they pointed out I would be better served on my F150 to have new lug nuts. Fair enough. I agreed. But they quoted around $180. I can see a little profit for the exchange of knowledge but I went home and got the same or better ones online for around $30. Come on, really. And they're probably buying them in bulk. Then they pointed out my wiper blades weren't doing well. I agreed. Told them I was getting new ones at Costco so they dropped their price. I let them sell me and put them on. Love these guys! They work hard and go above and beyond! I recently purchased a set of Six Shooter America Outlaw wheels and tires for my classic 93 Nissan D21 pickup! I love them and the price was very reasonable! I worked with Trevor and Richard on this deal and was given accurate information that helped me make a great purchase!
