I had a great experience at Discount Tire. They handled my wheel and tire swap incredibly fast, and the team was very communicative throughout the entire process. They also provided a clear, competitive estimate for a new set of tires without any pressure. If you're looking for quick service and a professional staff that keeps you in the loop, I highly recommend this location!

I've bought two sets of tires from Discount this year and the service has been great. (On two cars) I've actually taken several cars to Discount in the past several years. Their drive-thru pressure check is nice also.

The Discount Tire Team were very good neighbors tonight! After leaving my office, I noticed a car stranded at the corner of Eagle Road & Bourbon Street. The car was blocking Bourbon and perched dangerously close to Eagle's high speed traffic. An electrical issue was locking the transmission, and thus, preventing any manual push into an adjacent parking lot. I ran over to a nearby Discount Tire and saw a team closing shop. Long day or not, they were quick to run outside, check the vehicle's make & model, conduct an online search, and find the solution. Sure enough, a small intricacy was preventing the shift into neutral — for this over-digitized vehicle. I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire in Meridian, Idaho. One of my lug nuts had been cross-threaded, and the team here took care of everything quickly and professionally. They didn’t just fix the issue, they went above and beyond by giving me a new set of lug nuts at no charge. They also coordinated the needed repair through Meridian Automotive, which made the whole situation way less stressful for me. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me get safely back on the road. I was super impressed with the entire team. I have used discount tire for many years and have always been taken care of. This time stands out though. There was an issue with shipment of the tires that I ordered and when I was made aware of this the staff were extremely accommodating by upgrading me to a higher quality tire at no additional cost and they also provided me with a loaner tire to replace one that was leaking. Thank you so much for your professional and courteous service. I will happily continue to use your services.
