Discount Tire

This is my first time coming to Discount Tire. I brought my Tesla due to a very low psi on one of my tire. They found a nail on it and fixed it at no charge! I am very surprised as this is my first time going to a place where they do not charge for checking my tires for free. The staff are all nice greeted you with smile and respect. There was a lot of cars in line when I got here but they Knocked it down really quickly. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

Had to order two new tires. They came in, made an appointment for the install, and all was done very orderly and timely. The staff is professional and those on the tires are fast. Deducting one star because a balance should have been done on the other two tires… It was previously paid for in the purchase package.

I asked for a quote on four new tires and had it in a matter of seconds. I purchased the tires, along with insurance on each, and was given a wait time of 45 minutes. I was walking out the door 35-40 minutes later. Tanner, at the desk, was knowledgable and helped me with my questions. Outstanding service from all who took care of my vehicle!

To preface my 1 star it has everything to do with this specific location's ability to be held accountable. I have purchased tires from discount tire in general my entire life. I have never in my life had an issue. Until the past two times I've come here. If I had a penny for every time I bought tires from this location and had my tpms (on two different cars) almost immediately go out afterwords I'd have two pennies which isn't a lot but weird that it happened twice right? The first time it happened I took it back within a month of having it happen (single mom life be busy af) and they acknowledged that something must have happened when swapping the tpms valve stems or something. I had the best experience coming to this discount tire. Thank you, Craig and your team, including Josiah and a few more who instalked my work truck tires. They replaced all four tires and the spare. In about 5 to 10 minutes and they made my enterprise Fleet management approval very easy and hassle free. I can’t thank these guys enough. They should ALL be given a raise. I appreciate you guys very much and thank you for your experience and professionalism
