Discount Tire

Decent turn around time at 36:00 mintues to replace all four tires, and I have specialized luggage nuts so all done that's a good turn around time in my opinion. Would I use discount tire again? Probably not they use 4 Jack's not lifts and lift on your suspension, I personally would feel more comfortable if they used the jacks on the jack points on the frame or used a lift. Also not only was the website incorrect but its a pain to navigate, I chose a tire that was said to be in-stock and could be put on with in a day, but they had to order them and blamed FedEx for them not arriving on time, and rescheduledme two times. I came in this evening after speaking with nate on the phone and was assisted by jack and nate. both men got me in and out today which i appreciated highly! Very sweet and respectful and attentive! Five stars for both men! Only place i go to for service and tires! Been a customer since 2024.

I ordered a set of wheels online and the wheels were discontinued. I reached out to the local store and spoke with WILL. He is a Professional Articulate and Personable (PAP). He quickly found an alternative solution to my order. I am happy with the outcome. He didn't try to upcharge me at all. I totally recommend anyone who needs tires/rims to visit Discount Tire!!!

I have to leave a review for this shop I normally don’t. Anyways this has to be the best tire shop I’ve been too in the last 20 years. I’ve used discount tire for many years now at a different location. Which has always been a good experience I would say. But this location in Monroe is above and beyond. The shop manager whom ever he is today is on point. He has this shop running flawlessly. And the guys working the cars are some of the hardest working young men I’ve seen in awhile. I can’t say enough about the staff here. Check them out for your self.

The store is clean and the staff is very helpful. The service is fast and done right. They put a new set of tires on in less than 1 hour. They work like a nascar pit crew very efficient. Thank you I would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
