Discount Tire

Went in for 2 trailer tires today, Alex was very knowledgeable and talked through options for my specific application. He had me taken care of very quickly and professionally. It is increasingly rare to experience excellent customer service from a real expert...I will definitely use DT for all my tire needs from now on.

Short Version: Excellent Experience All-Around Because the nearest Tesla service center is in Birmingham, I took my Cybertruck here for installation of a full set of tires. Alex and his team were patient and assured me that they had the experience necessary to accomplish the job without any risk to my car. On the phone and on arrival, the staff answered all my questions without any frustration and it was clear that they knew the steps for changing the tires correctly. The main challenges with the Cybertruck are weight and the self-leveling technology. They tried to scam me into buying 2 new tires that I did not need. I had a nail in my tire and took it to them to repair. They inspected ALL the tires on my car and said it should not be a problem. Then I waited over an hour until a tech came and found me and told me the tire was too damaged to repair. Then he took me to the counter where another guy told me they do not have my tire in stock. He said they could put a larger tire on, but I would need to buy 2 to balance. I told them my tires were less than a year old and there was no way I could replace 2 for no reason. I asked them to just put my spare on the car. They told me it was probably no good to do that because my car is a 2019 and it would probably be too damaged/old to put on the car. I asked if they could just put my tire back

Fantastic service. We drove up 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a dangerous tire looking about to blow. Konoa, the asst manager, helped us get a deal within our budget to keep our family safe on the road. The whole team stayed almost an hour late to fix our car. We will definitely be going back for our future needs and highly recommend.

We almost had a blow out on our RV while traveling! We noticed the driving was bumpy and we rolled into Discount Tire and they inspected our tires. One was so close to separating it was scary! They put a new tire on and balanced another tire. Such a relief to know that our tires are safe now and we can continue our long trip!
