Matthew and the team did an amazing job helping me with my emergency tire repair on my 2010 jeep Wrangler, super helpful, and very knowledgeable, with the right tools to do the job! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff really cares about your wait too and offer comfortable seats, coffee or water, and have wifi and plug ins. Also I didn't feel like they were trying to sell something but did an alignment check for free with two new tires from them. It seemed like the employees love their jobs 🙂

If you’re looking for a negative review move on. These guys were great. Traveling with an RV and had a flat. Called roadside assistance and 1 1/2 hours later we were back on the road. 15 minutes later blow out. No spare called these guys 45 minutes before closing and said if I could limp in they’d wait for us. Made it 5 minutes to close. Darion took a look and recommended a good tire and surprised it wasn’t more expensive. Told them to replace all 4. Matthew went to work 30 minutes later we were ready to go. All I can say for a big retailer we were treated exceptionally well. Bought the 10 year warranty on the tires. Free replacement no matter what or where or whoever fixes it. Got a customer for life. Thanks guys made an old man happy after a very long day.

Rocky start but solid finish. Matthew is a great guy and was committed to keeping what he promised. After my 2nd appointment he called me back multiple times (even after 6pm when they close) to keep me updated on the solution to the problem. Excellent customer service from him. I went in for a tire balance but my tires were too bald to balance. I ordered new tires and TPMS sensors. The whole order was dependent on them getting my TPMS working. 5 days later I came in to get tires installed. They installed, balanced and mounted them but forgot to install sensors. Pulled them all back off, installed sensors and redid all the work. Came back out and tire weights were silver instead of black on 1 of the wheels. Pulled it (again) to replace weights. TPMS would not sync or show any tire

First time at this store 2yrs ago,. They spent the Xtra time to cover a tire warranty from another store, from another state. I ended up moving to the town and have done business with them 5 times now. Hands down the best tire store I've ever been at!
