Review for Discount Tire I recently had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire, where they switched out my tires and put new rims on my car. Despite being incredibly busy, the staff was very helpful and professional, getting the job done quickly without compromising quality. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, with drinks available while I waited, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, the deals were great, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is super nice and extremely helpful and supportive. I had to get my car towed there to get new rear tires and paid no more than $270. They were really good at explaining everything (I know nothing about cars) and I didn’t feel like they were trying to scam me or upsell me on anything. Highly recommend coming here!!!

Discount Tire never disappoints! Just bought a newer vehicles and took it to get the tires inspected and I was greeted by the Manager Kevin and my salesperson Matt! Very friendly and welcoming and made the start of my visit that much better! After Matt carefully looked over my vehicle he showed me that my tires were 6 years old and in need of replacement for my safety. Also showed me that my lug caps were swollen and my wipers were original and way over due for replacing. The tire shopping process couldn’t have been easier. Matt asked about my driving habits and what’s important to me while driving and the computer showed me the tire that best suits my needs. New tires, wipers, and lugs and I was out in less then 30 minutes. Katie brought me my car and went over everything that was done to

Called and scheduled an appointment for an alignment. Told me I needed new tires, politely declined new tires, then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do my alignment because of “lane assist” but never mentioned not being able to do the alignment due to lane assist when I called to schedule an appointment. Needless to say my tires are fine and it was a waste of time.
