Discount Tire

I had a flat tire on my way to work today. I work the night shift, so I was in a really bad mood the entire shift because of it. After work, I drove to the Discount Tire located at 16827 N Marketplace Blvd in Nampa (near Costco). My assigned tire technician greeted me with a smile and kindly explained the entire process. I am not exaggerating when I say my mood instantly improved as soon as I interacted with him. He went above and beyond to save me a significant amount of money. Throughout the entire process, he guided me step by step so I could understand everything and make a sound decision for myself. When I asked for a copy of my receipt, he even gave me a pamphlet to help keep all my receipts organized. Small details like that really matter, in my opinion. They replaced the damaged

I had a great buying experience with Discount Tire in Nampa, Idaho. Thomas took a lot of time with me helping to find a great looking wheel with the right offset that fit well within my budget. Will definitely go back when I need tires.

Assistant manager Thomas Marsteller lll told me about the TPS on my vehicle. I ended up getting 4 new one and went ahead and bought 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires also. This shop is fast, courteous and professional. They have awesome warranties on their products and services.

I recently (09/25/25) visited to purchase new wheels and tires for my 4Runner, and Javier was amazing! We shared our budget, and he provided several options without any pressure to buy the most expensive ones. After a few hours, Javier informed us that there was an issue with the wheel fit due to the bolt pattern. He was sincerely apologetic and worked incredibly hard to find a solution that stayed within our budget while still achieving the look we wanted. In the end, we were extremely happy with the wheels and tires, and so grateful that Javier made it all work for us. He genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond to help. Super friendly and helpful staff. Not a long wait time to have a flat repaired and 2 new tires installed. The coffee machine in water was a wonderful treat! I will definitely go here again!
