Had the stock Pirelli tires on my 2024 Ram with about 24k miles, and they were terrible. Zach from the store called Pirelli to see if they’d cover them under warranty, but they wouldn’t since they were “stock equipment” with no mileage warranty. Zach talked to the manager and was still able to get me 20% off new Michelin tires, which I really appreciated and saved me about $300 I went back on Friday around 4 p.m., and the manager, Caleb, was awesome. Another local dealer found screws in two of my tires that I didn’t even know about and so Caleb called my extended warranty company and got them to cover those two tires as a reimburse to me. I figured I’d have to wait until the next day to get everything done, but Caleb said they could take care of it that evening. About an hour and a half l

Great place, I had an appointment at a different tire place this morning at 11 am, at 1 pm they still hadn't even pulled my truck in to install tires I brought with me. I decided to go home and happened to drive by Noblesville discount tire so I pulled in and was on the road with my new tires in less than an hour at a great price. All of the employees are a pleasure to work with and have great attitudes. This is my family's tire shop from now on, thanks guys

I can’t give enough praise for this location. The employees are top-notch and truly care about you and your car. It’s rare to walk into a place where everyone is in a great mood and ready to help. Sure, you’re spending money, but their service is outstanding. They genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase and leave without a bad taste after doing business. I’m 100% committed to buying tires only from Discount Tire, especially in Noblesville!

Branched outside of my normal routine for tire purchases from Tire Barn this week for a set of tires for one of my trucks. Not the best experience. I'm sure others have had great experiences but mine was not. I have had 11 trucks over the past 15 years and have had tire service on all of them. I got a call when they were almost done with my installation informing me that the log nut covers had all cracked and broke when they removed them. I asked them the cost to repair and they said before tax about $140. I asked them if this is common and they said yes then I asked them why they wouldn't advise me that it was a possibility ahead of time as the additional cost might be outside of what I had budgeted and they simply repeated its common. Mind you it's never happened to any of my other truck
