Discount Tire

After many years of being loyal to Hibdon Tires I had a horrible experience where I was miss informed, tires damaged and the manager in Norman did not apologized, I was referred to Discount Tires by a coworker. From the moment I called to get information and make an appointment it was seamless and very informative. They understood what I was going through. Provided me with accurate information, greeted me at the door and got my tires and rims replaced. I would definitely recommend Discount Tires.

This is definitely the place to go for anything tire or wheel related. All of the staff are extremely helpful and I was asked by 3 different employees if I had been helped. THAT is my definition of outstanding customer service.

We purchased BRAND NEW tires and within 4 weeks they were completely bald. We contacted Discount Tire to figure out what happened, and initially we were told to bring the vehicle in and the warranty would cover two new tires. When my husband returned on Monday, February 16th after work, we were then told the warranty would NOT cover them because the vehicle’s alignment was off and that caused the excessive wear. I understand that alignment can cause tire wear , that’s not the issue. The issue is this: when we purchased the tires, no one disclosed that an alignment issue would void the warranty. Sent my college age daughter with a tire that we assumed was a slow leak. It was a bent rim. Jaylen at Discount was helpful and patient as he dealt with her and then spoke with me on speakerphone to present options for replacing the rim. Never felt pressured and we were able to make the best decisions. We will definitely be back.

Very pleased. Replaced two tires and had the front end aligned. It was a good day. There weren't too many people in there, and it took less than an hour. It was very clear what they did, and they showed me exactly what was done and what needs to be done later on.
