Discount Tire

This was my third visit to this location. When I purchased four new tires, I also purchased the insurance/warranty for coverage. Unfortunately, during both my second and third visits, I had concerning experiences with billing. On my second visit, an associate added multiple charges that should have been covered under my warranty. After I asked to speak with a manager and requested clarification, my total was reduced from $165 to $17. Most recently, I was initially told that I had never purchased the warranty. I immediately asked for a manager and requested that my prior invoice be reviewed. Once again, my charges were adjusted — this time from over $200 down to $17. Excellent service at this location. I went to my local dealership and was quoted $700 for my tire monitor system, as all 4 were not reading the pressure. This location saved me over $400 AND I was able to get a great price on some high quality windshield wiper blades. To replace all 4 sensors and the blades was less than HALF what I was quoted. Friendly knowledgeable staff with great prices. Will recommend this location to friends and family.

I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer for a long time and have always appreciated their service, including past flat repairs. I was grateful they were able to accommodate my Tesla Model 3 yesterday without an appointment to install a set of Michelin CrossClimate2s, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a major safety concern. Once the tires were installed, I felt the staff became very rushed and far less courteous once payment was handled. More importantly, there was a complete lack of quality control: • Missing Parts: My car was returned to me with the valve caps missing on the new tires. • Dangerous Over-inflation: My car’s sensors immediately alerted me to high pressure in the front passenger tire. I've purchased 3 or 4 sets of tires from Discount Tires. Sales associates are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The store has quality tires at reasonable prices. Six months same as cash with the Discount Tire Credit card. The warranty is well worth the price. Love the free balance and rotation. Booking appointments make for a smooth and timely visit. Highly recommend Discount Tires. My son in law just got a new set from Discount tire and is happy with the purchase. My daughter wished she had purchased her set from Discount tire instead of Pep Boys.
