Discount Tire

Made an appointment to have my tire replaced. It was the smoothest, easiest experience I could have hoped for. They called me while I was on the way and said there would be a sign out front and to park by the sign and they had my tire and a bay waiting. Less than 45 minutes later my car was ready and waiting. The gentlemen handed me my keys and said we were good to go. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. We’ll continue to only use discount tire. Thank you!!!

I had four tires replaced today by appointment. A great experience from being greeted upon entering to being handed my keys back. They finished by the time promised, kept me informed along the way and answered my questioned before leaving. Price was great with the military discount and sale for Michelin tires. I would definitely return here for tires.

I have an account with Discount Tires for years. I just recently moved to Ocala. I've always thought that they'd had a good customer service. But I do have to say that this location in Ocala has over surpassed the expectations on Customer Service. The minute I was attended by Trevor, he took care of the issue. His service skills and attention to detail is commendable. This is why I will always use them for my tire services. I couldn't be any happier with their services.

I was so impressed with all of the associates inside the store and the tire installer who came to greet me and give me updates. . I was greeted with a phone call first. Then greeted in the store by numerous associates. All were professional and welcoming. Tires were priced good and job was done quickly.

Made appointment to get 4 tires replaced on my travel trailer week ahead Brought my trailer in first thing in morning The service was excellent, fast ; didn’t even have to unhook trailer from truck Took less than 45 min I’m so impressed with these guys . Did such a great professional job. Price was reasonable Highly recommend this store!
