Visited the store for some quotes on tires and wipers and Ehster took really good care of me! She explained everything in terms I could understand and features I didn't know discount Tire offered. I had a blowout on a scorching 90° day and had to put on my spare just to make it through. I already had a tire appointment scheduled at a competitor later in the week, but I decided to stop by Discount Tire for some immediate advice. From the moment I walked in, Nicholas was incredibly helpful with the consultation and sales—he really listened to my situation and provided honest guidance without any pressure. Stephen (or Stefan) on the mechanical team was also fantastic, making sure my car was safe and giving me peace of mind on the road. Even though I had an appointment elsewhere, the kindness and professionalism from Nicholas and Stephen/Stefan really impressed me. Great experience at Discount Tire! Super friendly employees who listened to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into getting something outside my budget. The entire process didn't take too long. This is my 2nd time using Discount Tire and I will continue to be back in the future.

Went it for a simple realignment. Left with a disconnected turn signal, a check engine light and a hubcap cover falling off my car due to sloppy and careless installation. They said they’d replace it. However, I was brought back 5 TIMES in a month because they can’t keep track of the measurements of my wheels (or bother to measure all of them in one visit). And then the manager had the nerve to call me about a customer review before any problems was even fixed. And finally when they said they cant find a replacement, all I got was “do it yourself”. All this company has done it prove to me that all mechanics are untrustworthy. THANKS FOR NOTHING TODD

I called to get an estimate on some tires. I spoke to a technician about the estimate and I told him twice the kind of vehicle I have. I told him I would get back to him. I ended up going to the store to find out that the estimate that was given was not for my vehicle. Then on top of it, they had no tires in stock for my vehicle. So I ended up going to a competitor to get the tires I needed. It was a mistake, unfortunately. The manager of the store was truly sorry. But, this could have been avoided.
