Mitch was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a completely flat tire with a nail in it. I was pretty upset about the it, and he was able to get me in the same day, and was genuinely so kind about the whole situation. I really appreciated his kindness and help. He went out of his way to go to another store to get me the same tire as the rest of my car, as they didn’t have it in stock at their store. He really went above and beyond, and I appreciated it so much. I would highly recommend this shop, and Mitch specifically.

This was my first time using Discount Tire. I bought my tires on the website and scheduled my appointment for the install. Nobody knew that we would have so much snow, so by the time my appointment came around, a lot of other people needed tires and tire checks. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and it’s a good thing I did. I waited in line for 25 minutes before anyone was available to assist me. It was a little frustrating at first because there was a reason I scheduled the service, but I had to appreciate their intentionality with each customer. Once I made it to the counter, the sales rep was pleasant and fast. I waited in line for 25 minutes, but from the time I got to the counter until the time I drove off was less than 30 minutes. Excellent service! Had all 4 tires replaced here and they were affordable and extremely quick with the service. They told me it would take an hour but got it done in 45 minutes. Pete, who assisted me, was knowledgeable on their tire offerings and was super friendly. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

Christian and the team at this location were amazing. Service was above and beyond, and as a younger guy coming in alone for the first time, they made the whole experience hassle-free. I gave them my budget, they walked me through the options, and got my vehicle taken care of. You can tell they stay busy and handle a lot of cars, but I never felt ignored or like I was ‘too far back in line.’ Highly recommend

500 miles from home We roll in with 1 hour before closing time with a tire losing air. They take care of us and find a nice nail. I purchased the tires in a different state but a discount tire location. They replaced the valve stem, plugged and patched the tire. They also balanced it again. So thankful for everyone there 5 stars for sure
