Discount Tire

While on an Out of Town trip with my Classic car I experienced tire complications. I found Discount Tire in Pensacola , Fl. and stopped in. I was met by Christopher and he was able to help me identify the problem and recommend suitable tire for replacements at a Very Reasonable Price. He and his tech crew was very cautious while working on my Classic Show Car and got my car serviced and back on the road safely in a small amount of time. Thanks, Christopher

Had a new set of tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment. My appointment time was held accordingly. The front and shop staff did an excellent job of communicating with me as the job progressed. An extra kudo, to the alignment guy, who did an exceptional job of communicating and tuning. I highly recommend this location!

Had a slow puncture, took the car to discount tire, as ever excellent service from arrival to departure! Check in is so easy, polite and knowledgeable staff, they got me in to check the tire, only waited 30 minutes, which I was happy to do. The tech checked it all, couldn’t find a leak, it possibly the cold, checked all my tires for correct pressure and wear. Highly recommend Discount Tires, they did all that work and never charged my anything for it! Great operation.

Need a new valve stem on a tire and Daniel and the young man that helped could not have been nicer. They were also very knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience. This is why I will also be loyal to Discount Tire....they are friendly, knowledgeable, and located around the country. I also appreciate that their system actually works and has all of the necessary warranty information from my previous purchases.

We purchased the warranty with our new set of tires three years ago. Today, while on vacation, we had damage to a tire and stopped by to have it checked. Daniel helped us and was very professional and kind. He was quick with the inspection and they replaced the tire under warranty. We were able to grab lunch nearby and the car was done shortly after returning. Thank you for saving our vacation!
