The staff here took great care of my AMG. Had a reserved parking spot for me, came out to greet me & quickly had an entire new set of tires installed in 15 min. Sebastian was by far the best associate I've interacted with across any automotive stores. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into something I didn't need. He explained the benefits of different types of tires, made sure my wiper blades and spare were in good condition and had my car in and out within about an hour. Sebastian has a customer for life!

I have been to Pflugerville Discount Tire several times before. I’ve always had a great experience and this experience I had last weekend happened again, except this time they didn’t have spare center caps for my rims. I guess they are easy to break, but it happened the first time I had my tires changed and they had these parts, and that was a nice touch customer service wise. This time they broke two of them and all I got was a “sorry” and they don’t carry them. So on top of buying a new set of tires I had to pay $40 more on these center caps. It just wasn’t an over the top positive experience I have received in the past.

While trying to check my tires air pressure, pass by 3 different locations around the city and they were a big line, so I decided to check my tires at home, finding out that one of the tires had a screw on it, which lead me to make an appointment for a flat tire service, the store location and the techs were magnificent in taking my car and fix it no question asked. Thank you for your service, and did I mentioned that they didn’t charge one penny? Again great service!
