Discount Tire

My experience with discount tire throughout the years has always been good, today it was great, we had our tire blow last night and put the spare the spare, today I went in unannounced, no appointment, walked in and asked if I could replace one tire on the wheel that got hit. No hesitation and said yes, just a warning of how long it may take as it’s a Saturday and they were packed. I dropped the wheel off, paid $11.88 for a new tire (get that road hazard protection, it’ll save you in a pinch). Drove home, 10 minutes later they were ready for pickup. These guys are super great and super professional.

I'll set the scene. New Year's Eve, and our 12th wedding anniversary. We went to lunch to celebrate and came back to our car which had a flat tire. After getting the spare on we called around to several places, and Discount Tires was the only place open. We arrived around 3pm, the salesman talked through options at every price point, and thoroughly compared options. We asked him what he would choose and he told us what brand he just put on his daughters car and helped us decide. They were really busy so I was impressed they got us taken care of by 430pm. Not only were they kind and professional, the guy at the desk, Ricky, was so cool. He heard my kids talking about Dragonball Z while we were waiting for our car, and chimed in with his own knowledge about the show, movies, and games which

I cannot say enough good things about the Discount Tire in Puyallup, WA. They helped me get four brand new tires at a time that I need them the most. Finances have been super tough lately and they absolutely did not have to do that. They went so far above and beyond what was expected. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly meant the world to me. I’m incredibly grateful and will never forget how they treated me. Made an appointment at 11am for 1:45pm same day (Saturday). They were busy, but I was greeted almost immediately, checked in, and tire safety inspection completed right away. I was offered several different styles of tires, wasn’t hard sold on anything specific or overly expensive, and was checked out promptly so work could begin. Car was finished within the time they had promised, even 15 minutes before promised. Overall, great customer service, fair pricing, and friendly staff that did good, quick work.
