Two individuals truly stand out for their exceptional service: Dalton and John. Dalton consistently goes above and beyond, providing outstanding customer service and always giving 100% to ensure complete satisfaction. John manages my local Discount Tire and runs it exceptionally well—hands down the best Discount Tire in the area. Both are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for tires or tire service.

I saw a post on a Mercedes eqs website about discount tire. I called to make sure they could work on my car. Yes sir John says. We have all of the pucks necessary for your car. Great. So I ordered online. Fully prepared to wait a long time. That was not the case. Those guys are so efficient. I have to add that I did hear a few Whiney customers but those kids did not flinch. I saw a few of them help Others in the parking lot. Tire change. Check tire pressure. You name it. Discount tire prices are better than the dealership. I will be back.

I was in need of a tire in the worse way. I quickly found out my tires were not a size they kept in stock and many places said it would be 2 to 3 days before they could get them in. I called Discount Tires and Michael was great. He thought out of the box and found a tire that would work on my truck they had in stock today. Thank you Michael for saving the day! You have no idea how much I needed that little bit of good news.

Saved $200 on set for Corolla. Quick & efficient. Put car on rack at exact appointment time on busy Friday afternoon. Gave free alignment check and concluded I didn't require adjustment. Saved another$90. Out in < hour. This is my new permanent vendor.

After my Tesla Model 3 tires wore down last year, I went to Discount Tire for replacements and had a smooth, hassle-free experience. A few days ago I had a puncture and had to limp back while constantly adding air just to make it there. I honestly expected I’d need a full replacement, especially with the foam-lined EV tires. About 45 minutes later, they handed me a $0.00 receipt, the tire was safely patched and I was back on the road. That saved me roughly $261 plus taxes, disposal, and installation. That kind of honesty and customer care matters. Huge thanks to the team for taking the time to do the repair properly instead of pushing a replacement.
