Great service, great pricing. My tires were on order from the distributor directly and we ran into some delays. The shop followed up to ensure they expedite the shipping and called to get my appointment scheduled the moment the tires came off the truck. That is what good service is made of. Julian is clearly a dedicated employee who takes pride in his work and wants customers to leave feeling valued, appreciated and well taken care of. He has a very charismatic demeanor while also demonstrating integrity, professionalism and self confidence. I was a complete stranger but I felt like he treated me the same as he would have treated a beloved Aunt. He kept me in the loop with frequent communication and updates throughout my service. He offered advice on a replacement part but he managed the suggestion in a casual, friendly manner that produced no feelings of sales pressure. He really went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling as important as family. Kudos to his parents as well. They have done a great job raising a great human.

Overall had a great experience. They were quick to get me and out. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly. I loved the price match for tires and the sensors. I had them check to see if I needed an alignment. Only the front right was off and I hated i still had to pay full price for an alignment. But I highly recommend.

​I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire in Rogers today, thanks to a manager who truly understands the meaning of great customer service. ​Around 5:30 p.m., I called the store to ask about a tire alignment. A new trainee took my call and assured me that if I arrived before their 6:00 p.m. closing time, they would honor the service. Based on that commitment, I drove all the way from Cave Springs through a snowstorm, arriving at 5:55 p.m. ​ Upon arrival, the manager initially informed me that their policy is to stop accepting alignments after 5:00 p.m. because the process takes quite a while.
