Discount Tire

Never go to this Discount Tire. This Discount Tire almost cost my girlfriend and me our lives. I came here for what was supposed to be a free service: to get my tires rotated and balanced. 500 miles later my front right wheel almost flew off while driving. Ended up costing me 270 dollars for new lug nuts and a new wheel hub assembly. Not to mention the damage done to my wheels. The employees did not use a torque wrench. All of my wheel studs were ripped clean off, except for one. Only 2 lug nuts remained on my vehicle and one was still attached to the wheel stud despite it being ripped clean off. Sounds like a textbook OVER TIGHTENING to me. Luckily I realized that something was wrong and pulled over moments before my wheel could’ve flown off. My vehicle was stranded in the desert out by B

All of the employees were very helpful and so kind. Especially helpful in explaining different grades of tires and finding the right ones to suit my needs. I can't think of a better experience I've had with any car service. From front desk to the tech that returned my car, everyone was happy to help. It seems like a happy crew that gets along, and that's an important thing! Thank you all for the great and caring service!

I purchased 4 new tires at the Discount Tire store in Roswell, NM. During the mounting, balancing and/or alignment they damaged all 4 of my wheels. This most likely happened during the alignment since they clamped their equipment to the center of each wheel. I did not take any before and after photographs so I have no real evidence that they did it. I do know that the wheels didn’t have that damage before they did the work. Now I have $2000 worth wheels that are torn up. Note: Never trust Discount Tire to do the job correctly. Always take before and after photographs so you will have proof if they damage anything! Update 2/11/2026: Discount Tire's insurance company has paid me for a new set of wheels!

I was real doubtful that discount tire was able to help me get a slow leaking tire changed out with my spare especially since I had it on a 40 foot 12,000 pound trailer fifth wheel RV but they had the big boy toys and tackled. It was not just two but three people to get me in and out, and under five minutes highly impressed and customer skills are way above average. I will be returning here for future products special thank you to Cesar the assessment manager, Aaron, the senior assistant manager and the employee that was helping them!

Does NOT matter how many times I've went here over the years or which employee helps me..they're ALWAYS so kind, prompt and attentive. I REFUSE to go anywhere else, I know I will be taken care of at discount. From the customer service to the quality of work, im a lifer 🤗
