Great service in no time! We scheduled an appointment last night, during holiday weekend. Kyle at the service desk was super efficient. We were late, and he was kindly responding to a phone call. When arrived he checked the tires, matched the price to the online one. Jacob came shortly after with a smile and the car after the work was completed, responding to all our questions. Highly recommended, Happy president day!

I stopped at the Discount Tire on State Street after noticing my back tire was really low. It was close to closing, but Jon still jumped in to help. He checked everything out, found I needed two new front tires, and got me an amazing deal. There was a small inventory issue with the recommended tires, but Elijah took care of it right away. These guys are seriously amazing—fast, friendly, and truly helpful. I’ll definitely be back when my VW Bug needs tires! Highly recommend this location!!!

I go to discount tire for all of my tire needs. Johnathon has always done his best to explain what my tires are doing and what tires would work best for whatever vehicle I’ve brought to him. When waiting to be seen I’ve heard him and his coworkers explain things to the best of their abilities good or bad. Thank you for always trying to give me options for my situation.

Genuinely caring, professional and friendly. 10 years ago I blew a tire during a winter storm, and found out to my dismay that I had to replace all four at once. I didn't have that much money anywhere, and what they did next created a customer for life. I was told that they were going to replace all of the tires and give me a bill. Then they said they won't try to collect it, to just pay it when I could. I still get goosebumps from Discount Tires' jaw-dropping generosity. And, I've never paid off a bill so fast in my entire life! The waiting area today was stocked with coffee and cold water, also air conditioned! Outside, it was nearly 100°.

Don’t go here if you value your time. Waaaay too busy. It’s hard just to get in and out of the parking lot. Additionally, they’ll just tell you what you want to hear about how long it will take. They told me two hours, so I decided to walk around town and be back. Immediately after I dropped off the car, I get the text telling me the status. The 2 hours is now 2 hours 40 minutes. Ok… so I come back after 2 hours and 40 minutes, they haven’t even started on my car. The guy at the desk tells me there’s 3 people ahead of me and it’ll take another 45 minutes. What?? I’m a single parent. I’m the only driver in the house. My daughter is already home alone from school. If they had given me an even remotely accurate time I would have just taken an Uber home so I could be there for her. Ended u
