Don’t be fooled by their southern hospitality and great demeanor, great customer service, that’s how they get you. Dishonest and opportunistic, that’s just icing on a bad cake or gold plating on copper: I have been a customer of this tire shop for over ten years and have purchased tires for a bunch of cars here. One of my vehicles came with brand new tires, today i brought it in for the required tire rotation. When I got here a young tech used his handheld device and informed me that my tires were at 1/32” tread depth and therefore at the end of their “warranty”. I was told they would not rotate the tires and that I needed to replace them immediately, with a quoted cost of $1,872.00. I pulled up to Discount Tire on Palm at 4:25 p.m. needing four new tires, hoping it could be done quickly since it was Halloween and I needed to get my kids to their event on time. The team checked the tread on all my tires, replaced them, balanced everything, and had my car ready by 5 p.m. — unbelievable! It honestly felt like I was in a NASCAR pit stop with how fast and coordinated they worked. The tech who helped me, Cornelio, was professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish. These guys are a hard working, not-pushy, respectful crew. They provided me with the best possible service, were quick, personable, and when I am due to replace my tires the much-appreciated free tire patch they provided will be remembered. Nice to know there’s still honest, good people in the auto industry

Update2: a tech failed to install one bolt on my center hub on my new wheels as well as put back the two two valve stem caps, I left a bad review here, and so they called me and said they would refund the price of the install. I appreciate how reactive they are to customer complaints, but ultimately they need to either train their employees better or have supervisors check their work.
