Discount Tire

Going into work discovered I had a low left rear tire I went to Discount Ties Mission Gorge Rd. UNBELIEVABLE THEY FIXED MY FLAT TIRE FOR FREE!!! And it was more. It's the super positive attitude and a Team of professionals that really do care. It wasn't about making money repairing the tire or even selling me a new tire. They really care!!. They got me back on the road to work without any hassles!!Thank you Discount Tires!!! Our community is so much better with you servicing our needs!! Yes I'm disabled, but I was treated as a king!! I will be bringing my black 4runner for my service needs. THANK YOU for making my day a lot easier.

I've had service here multiple times over 3 vehicles and I think I'm done. They've routinely forgotten to fill tires, including new ones and a complete new set I bought from them on my truck. And now today I came in for just a tire rotation and a pressure top off on my model Y and not only did they forget to fill the tires, they almost broke one of my hub caps. Luckily the piece didn't break off and I was able to bend it back but I just can't trust the work they do at this point. The staff are friendly at least.

Purchased a brand new set of tires and the next day the front left tire indicator was low. Immediately brought the car back to the store, Tod them about the low tire pressure indicator and asked if there was a nail in the tire. They pulled the car into the shop, put air in the tire and sent me on my way. I get on the freeway and the tire indicator light came back on again. I turn the car around and headed back to the store and before I knew it, the tire went completely flat almost causing me to swerve into a trailing vehicle. Now I’m stuck on the freeway almost 2 hours waiting for tow. We get the car back to Discount Tire, they look at the tire and there’s a huge hole in this brand new tire from a screw or a bolt. THE TECHNICIAN NEVER CHECKED THE TIRE EVEN AFTER I ASKED IF THERE WAS A NAIL

On a trip from Boise, Idaho to Southern Mexico, stopped at Santee for 4 new tires. They had some in stock, and even though they were super busy, they got me in right away. Issac C. gave me some options to select from ... I went with the Michelin Tires. Rich, the service Mgr called me right back when I called about a concern. He resolved it right away. You won't be disappointed shopping at this tire shop.

Got my car in and out in a timely manner. I asked them not to drive the car as it's a sports car and I know how kids can be. I had checked my odometer before I left and when I picked it up. It definitely didn't go just around the block.
