I just took my car here for a flat repair and rebalance. The service was complimentary, quick, and efficient. Nahom is very friendly and professional! Compared to other tire shops I’ve visited, this place feels much more professional. They use lifts for all the cars, and their service is more detailed and thorough. Highly recommended!

Got my tires rotated and balanced again today at Discount Tires Northgate. As usual, (amazingly) a free service. This is a seriously impressive team. I was greeted by Miles as I walked past the garage .He new my name, remembered me from last time, and expected me. Wowzer. Zev took care of me at the front desk like a pro and took me out for an inspection. I saw 4-5 team members working hard on my car. They were hustling and so well coriographed. Totally impressive. Like a pit crew...AWESOME! I am so impressed with this business and these professionals. Every time I visit, consistent excellence. Very inspiring. Thank you!

I’m really glad I decided to get my tires from them a few years ago. Got the all season w/warranty for the life of the tires and since then, I’ve had a couple of patches as well as a tire replacement. And after nearly 3 years, they’re still at a 8/10 on the scale and I believe replacements are needed when they’re at 4/10. Everyone is helpful and prompt as well. For my recent patch, I stopped in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and got it taken care of right away

I've been to multiple Discount Tires and the service is always good but my recent experiences at this location really exceeded my expectations. From calling to walking in to the store, I received exceptional service from every staff member I encountered. They were detailed in explaining my options and very clear about the costs. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and well trained. Never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I look forward to coming back the next time I need any tire related services.

I visited this location on September 2nd to replace my tires and have them rotated. Unfortunately, on September 3rd, I noticed a crack on the inner side of one of the tires. When I approached the store, they refused to take responsibility, claiming that the crack was not visible at the time of the replacement. I find it hard to believe that such a crack could appear overnight, and it seems like the inspection was not thorough. Additionally, the tires I purchased are Michelin with a warranty of 45,000 miles, but I’ve already driven 47,000 miles, so they refused to honor the warranty. Most concerning is that the store did not prioritize customer safety and tried to shirk responsibility. This experience has been quite frustrating, especially considering the safety concerns.
