Discount tire

I called Discount at approx. 5:30 pm. The tred had come off my horse trailer tire, and I was on the side of the road with 2 horses! AAA couldn't get my lug nuts off of my tire. Thankfully Discount was about a mile away. After calling trailer companies, I called to see if Discount could help me, if I could get to the store. They said absolutely. A friend loaded up the horses in his trailer, and followed me to Discount. Cullen and (?) were extremely helpful, replaced all 4 of my tires (my trailer is only 1-1/2 yrs old, but evidently the tires were cheap ones) and replaced all of my lug nuts with higher quality ones. They were able to get everything done immediately within about 40 minutes, and we were able to continue on to the San Antonio Stock Show! Thank you Discount!

My 1st time coming here I got my dads old truck some off-road tires 94' F-150. They took care of me then, so I came back for when my BMW X5 needed new tires. I got a brand new set of tires(All 4). I was greeted right away after the person ahead of me was attended to, which was not long. They were respectful, kind, very professional and knowledgeable for the tires I wanted. I originally wanted a staggered rim and tire set, but they were not able to help me only because I wanted something very specific, runflats an all. But regardless, they were very well informed and knowledgeable of what I was talking about. They took real good care of my car and even threw in some windshield wipers as a professional courtesy for taking long, which I don't believe they took long at all. I shook their hands

Justin spent quite a bit of time with me selecting the perfect wheel and tire size based on my wants and needs for the new truck. The installers did a great and fast job.

When they first opened in Seguin, I had 3 new tires mounted and balanced. They managed to scratch the paint on my metal rim and also install 3 to 4 long wheel weights on each tire except one. One wheel looks like a quarter of the tire has weights. The wheel with no weights on neither the inside or outside must be perfectly balanced....never seen that before in 40 years of driving. I just let it go because it just opened and they were just learning. This December I had them fix a flat. This time they somehow managed to break my center cap. They were nice enough to tell me they would replace it, and to check back in a week. He gave me my keys with no paperwork. I already knew they weren't planning on replacing my center cap. Not only was this location super helpful in replacing a tire the day I had to leave for a road trip, they were all incredibly helpful two years later. I called needing a receipt for a reimbursement and Tucker found it in less than 5 minutes. He offered to text and email it to me and honestly, it was the easiest call I’ve made all day.
