Stopped by Discount Tire Burbank today to get a new set of shoes for my car. Sarkis and Tony are always tremendously helpful in explaining options and trying to get me the best value for my money. I have used this discount tire for all of my basic services on my Subaru forester for years now and keep coming back due to the incredible service and personable staff. Most recently I went in for new tires, a wheel alignment, and an oil change. However while changing my tire they noticed that the bearings on my control arms were all but disintegrated and Sakis (whom I have dealt with everytime I go and greatly appreciate) not only told me about the problem but allowed me to personally inspect the issue myself, which helped me make the best and most informed decision on how to address the issue. i would never take my car here i took it for a routine tire repair and suddenly a few days after while i’m on the freeway my car starts vigorously shaking and all the engine lights come on. i pull over and check, and my rim is falling off on two tires. i tow it to their place and they very rudely accuse me of doing it myself, trying to convince me i ran over something. i did not. they treated me and my mom like we were children and incompetent. very very rude. they then tell me the body of my car is bent and that’s why it’s shaking, not the two rims that are hanging on for their lives. i had absolutely no issues with my car in the several years i’ve owned it until i took it to this place. steer clear!!! terrible terrible experience never again.

Great location for me, service is organized with friendly staff. Just went in for my regular tire rotation and it was done while I shopped at nearby Costco. They offer discounts on their services and tires. Thanks for showing me what my car needs replacing on.
