I came in to get a flat fixed on a Sunday afternoon. The manager was able to explain it to me how my tires were too old and should be replaced. He offered me all current deals which came out to be a great deal. He placed an order for all four tires to be delivered by next day and got them all installed and aligned. Week after that, I brought in my other car and result was great as well. Quick in and out without any hassles. Try them and you’ll be happy with the result.

I’m taking the time to write this review to warn the community about a very poor customer service experience. I went in because of a problem with my brakes. At first, Robert treated me well. After inspecting my vehicle, they told me there were more issues than expected and the estimate was much higher than I anticipated. When I said that I was not in a hurry to fix it, Robert’s attitude completely changed. He became aggressive, tore up the invoice, and refused to give me the written estimate. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. For that reason, I do not recommend this place. A business should respect customers even if they decide not to proceed with the repair.

We drove in from Phoenix and the potholes on the 10 blew two of our tires. We paid some random company a bunch of money to come change them in the middle of nowhere. Stopped by Discount Tire on our way back out of town to make sure we were safe for the trip home. They were kind enough to test the tires, point out some concerns but let us know it wasn’t immediate and we were safe to drive home on the tires we’d been given. Let us know we’d essentially been ripped off by the original roadside service so that we could look into getting a refund. We’re super sympathetic and kind which is what I needed when our trip had literally been a crap shoot from the beginning with all sorts of things going wrong. It was so nice to interact with empathetic, kind people. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. Robert was super helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. My service was quick and efficient, and I didn’t feel rushed or ignored at any point. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back.

About two weeks ago my tire was flat so I went here since I had previously purchased my tires here. I had to get it replaced. Then this past week I got a nail in my new tire. I went back and they were able to fix it. It was busy but they were able to fix it quickly for me and I was out of there in less than one hour. I’ll definitely be back!
