I recently stopped by Discount Tire & Service Centers in Orange for a quick tire rotation, and I was genuinely impressed with the service! I wasn’t even buying new tires—just needed a rotation—and they did it completely free of charge, which totally caught me by surprise. In today’s world, it’s rare to get anything free, and it made my day. Special shout-out to Chris, the employee who handled everything with a friendly, professional attitude, and to Art, the manager, who checked in to make sure I was taken care of. I had an appointment for new shocks and tires for a Saturday morning. I was greeted by Art who went over the whole process with me, gave me a time frame and went over pricing. He was friendly and very accommodating. When I came back to pick up my car, he went over all the completed work, including the checks on other car items and gave me time frames for when to expect to need upcoming services. Everything was exactly how he quoted up front. Services were completed in a reasonable amount of time - even shorter than expected. I was pleased with the services, staff, and location. I will return for upcoming needs to my car. I would recommend Discount Tires, and, specifically, this Orange location.

Art was great and super helpful on getting my tire patched, his team was very quick and very nice ! I would definitely recommend coming, very easy process and quick. Was done within 30 min or so.
