I had a great customer service experience with Liz, I came in to have my tires swapped out onto my wheels I brought in (they were already off my other car), and she was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond- I definitely think she deserves a raise! I’ve mainly always dealt with Raul for years even before at the other locations prior, and he has always provided excellent service as well. But Liz’s customer service was just as outstanding. She absolutely earned my business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with her customer service again in the future.

I would say one of the best tire and automatic shops in Ventura County. I took my Tahoe here for serious engine issues and it was turned around in 3 days tops with fair pricing !! anywhere else and any dealer would have given it back to me in 2-3 weeks. Quality work from this business. They are very helpful honest and trustworthy. Customer service is key in running a business and this place definitely has the best customer service. I know because I’m very consistent in wanting to know the progress on my vehicle and they were patient and also sent me pictures of the work that was being done!!! My family has been coming to Raul and his team for 20 years now and never failed us now I will continue the the trust in this shop! Israel at Discount Tire provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You can really tell he’s a great manager he took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I was taken care of from start to finish. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks to him. Israel leads by example and makes the whole experience better for customers. Highly recommend this shop.

I had such a good experience at Discount Tire. Everyone was really helpful, professional, and honest about what my car needed. They work efficiently but still take the time to explain things, which I really appreciate. You can tell they care about their customers and do quality work.
