Needed tires asap and contacted this discount tire location after getting off of work. Esteban answered the phone and gave me a good estimate on services and pricing. Showed up 15 minutes later and he took my car in and Juan campos immediately got to work. Esteban was great and took care of my cars needs while keeping in mind my budget. He looked out for me and was very kind while doing so. Juan Campos was also great and ensured my car was ready for me to take it back on the road. I don’t leave many reviews but this location is honest, fair and understanding. You don’t see many places like this now n days. Thank you, Esteban. I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire and Service Center in San Bernardino. Bill and Esteban were extremely helpful and professional throughout my brake service. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The service was quick, honest, and fairly priced. I truly appreciate their customer care and will definitely return for future services.

Dude literally just serving a lady who came in after me. "It's gonna be quicker for me to help her before helping you". What a joke.

This was my second visit to Discount Tires and Service Centers and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Bill was kind and professional both times, and Esteban was awesome—he walked me through everything and helped me figure out the best way to tackle my car issues. They replaced my tires on my first visit and my struts and water hose this time. I’d definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back for future repairs.

Their alignment guy right now needs to be fired. I would’ve taken my car to a dealer, but I needed it done and didn’t have time to take it to a dealer, so I came here. Got a new tire for the front drivers side, which went smoothly, but then the tires weren’t rotated as they should have been, which I also explicitly said I needed them to do. The first alignment was so poor, that it was actually difficult to drive home. The next visit, the rotation was done and the alignment “was reset” as well, but it turns out, it wasn’t reset correctly. Third trip and they didn’t have someone to do the alignment. Fourth trip, the guy at the counter tried to blow it off like it was noting, saying it was off by a hair and “barely noticeable” which is NO excuse for poor work! I paid for a service to be done
