I always have a great experience at discount tire. Their customer service is top notch. All the gentleman in the shop are friendly knowledgeable. Ruben always goes above and beyond for his customers. I always return for his customer service and I refer all my friends and family.

They are a wonderful car service company. I was able to get financing through them and there was no down payment which really saved me. I was in between paychecks. They replaced two tires and my rear struts and did an oil change. Customer service is amazing. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing tires, etc. I plan on going back for some other things needing done in the future.

Been going to the discount tires in visalia for almost 10 years. The guys there are great and treat customers amazingly and take care of people and do quality work. I've never had a bad experience there and I recommend them to anyone needing tires or work done. This last trip to them I had one of my tire pressure sensors replaced. Made a same day appointment and was in and out in 20 min. Can't ask for better service.

Made an appointment same day for tire alignment. Brought vehicle in and waited patiently in their lobby. I would be next as soon as they wrapped up working on another vehicle. Not first time hearing this and I would have to wait a couple of hours for my turn. Pleasantly surprised when I noticed my vehicle was being serviced after 30 minutes of waiting. Job done and I had to collect my keys. No pressure to add this or that.

We had the best service from Nick Perez. It started with listening to our concerns and then working with us to find the best deal on rims and tires. He communicated well and made sure we were back on the road as quick as possible. Finding Tesla tires and rims in a day is difficult but he got it done! We will be back.
