Discount Tire

One star I blew a flat on the freeway took it here to get repaired never told me when my car was done. I called them and they told me it was done, however upon arrival I noticed a huge dent in the driver side quarter panel along with paint damage done to the car. My front bumper was also displaced. I never once received a call saying my vehicle was damaged. Once I went to pick it up I had to inquire about the damage done to my vehicle. No incident report was filed. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was handled.

Wanted to have my tires rotated and called my local Shelby Township discount tire - Was surprised & happy to hear it was a free service. Went in and wasted more than an hour of my time. Bottom line, they will only use it to try and sell you new tires (or even wipers) and in my case, not even perform the requested service. The details…. They suggested making an appointment online, and I did. My car has 60k miles and the original tires. As expected, the tires are wearing down and I’ll probably need a new set within the next 10,000 miles. Well, my tire rotation never happened…. The assistant manager accompanied me to my car and the appointment just turned into a sales pitch from new tires to new wipers. We arrived for our 2:45pm appointment at 2:30pm. Our appointment was cancelled on arrival and we were placed in the same queue as everyone else. Appointment or not. Were told it would be 2 hours. After waiting for an hour, went to get an update. All we needed was the tires to be swapped. 15 minute job. They then told us it was more likely the car would be ready at 5:30. At which point we asked for our car back, bought a jack & spanner and did it ourselves at home. Don't bother wasting your precious time here.

Work was done fairly quick for having my valve stem replaced but due to a miscommunication between their team my keys were locked in my vehicle. They had no way to get in my car so I had to use my own AAA and wait an additional 2 hours to get my car.
