Had a 12:30 appointment and was highly satisfied with the service provided. The team works very well with each other and are all helpful and friendly. Isaiah W. helped me from the time I came in to the time I left, giving be very good, honest feedback and options to choose from with my tire repair issues. He was receptive and willing to work with my price range and provided updates throughout the visit. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone needing service.

Great people, great service. Luke, Chandler and Rodney took their time answering my questions. Gave me honest feedback on tires. Luke brought 2 separate tires out to the truck for me to pick from and waited for me to make my decision. Great atmosphere here! Couldn’t be more pleased.

Long story long: the first time I went to the spartanburg location, I had asked for one tire due to a nail. The man taking care of me was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. However, he had pressured me into getting another tire because another tire of mine was balding. I told him no and he said in a snarky tone, "it was just a recommendation". I didn't explain nor should I have had to but I get paid once a month. I didn't really have the money for a tire in my budget but I needed it. If I had had the money, I would have bought a full set (I may not be the smartest but I am not stupid). The second time I went was before the first winter ice storm. I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire thanks to Dillon, Chris, and Josh. These guys are true professionals—knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to getting the job done right. They worked tirelessly to resolve a manufacturer issue and did it with patience and a smile the whole way through. Their dedication and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation a smooth one. I have had nothing but great experiences with ALL Discount Tires I have been to from Arizona to South Carolina! I highly recommend this team!

I've been buying tires from this place for all four of our vehicles for seven years now, and they never disappoint. I recently ran into some cupping issues on a set of tires that are not even six months old. They gave me four brand new tires, no questions asked, and all I had to pay was $134. This place hands down has the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. Not to mention they have serviced my vehicles in four different states now and it’s the same level of customer service no matter the location!
