Discount Tire

I went Christmas Eve morning. I didn’t have an appointment so I got there before the store opened to wait. There were several people ahead of me but I still feel like they were very prompt to get through everyone. They were very helpful and friendly. Luckily they had my tires in stock and all 4 were replaced along with the tire sensors and wiper blades in less than 2 hours. I’m very satisfied with my service here.

I went in on Monday needing 4 tires replaced on my CRV. It was completely packed. The team worked very hard to get everyone in. They were welcoming to new customers even though it was obvious that in doing so they would be staying open far later than their closing time. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable and even took the time to talk things over with my husband via phone. I mentioned at work yesterday what great service I had received the night before at discount tire and two of my coworkers mentioned stories about great service they had received there as well. That in itself is impressive. All 3 of us noted that the location is always busy. Corporate if you are reading this, get these guys another location in Springfield.

We have a motorhome towing an auto hauler that had a flat and we needed a new tire to replace our spare. Discount Tire was very helpful in taking care of us, especially Josh. He noticed that there was a problem with the axle on the auto hauler and suggested a place that could weld for us. After that was complete, we returned to this Discount tire to have another tire put on and Josh was invaluable again. Highly recommend this location!

Discount Tire is my go-to for service and sales. Their reputation is top notch and their customer care teams are absolutely the best. They hustle, they're honest and they treat everyone with respect. As a customer for more than 25 years and with every single on of my vehicles, I have never had a problem with Discount Tire service or follow-up. I went in with very low tire pressure in 1 tire and thought that I probably was going to need 4 new ones. I did need 4 new ones. The price I paid was actually cheaper than what I paid 5 years ago, and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Always provide great service, which was why I only go there for all tires and tire related issues.
