I stopped in for an air check for my tires. Even though the weather was bad John welcomed me with a smile. He checked for the correct weight and asked if I needed wiper blades which I certainly did. John installed them himself, filled my tires and the whole time was cordial and professional. Thanks so much!

I went to have my winter wheels and tires put on my car at the Discount tire located at 8180 Metropolitan Pkwy Sterling Heights, MI. I made an appointment online line a few days earlier, and was seen very soon when I showed up. The sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I dropped my car off, and it was ready for pickup very quickly. The staff was great about unloading the winter wheels and tires from my wife’s car (I can’t fit them in my coupe) and reloading the summer wheels and tires when I picked my car up. All in all, a very good experience.

I love these guys, was buying a brand new car that comes with sticky summer rubber Michelin PS4S from factory. It's winter and I knew I needed winter tires or a decent 3 peaks rated all season. They not only found me a set at a solid price but worked with my schedule knowing I was having the vehicle delivered and when it was delivered they were quick to take me in and get the job done so I was safe on the road. These guys took good care of my car and were very cool very personable. 10\10 will be back for a summer set of wheels and tires.

While they always do there best to get the job done and quickly. They can't always do the work and can be busy. However, I think the folks working there are kind and know there stuff. Definitely recommend for most tire and wheel work.

As usual, another great experience at this Discount Tire location. Needed 4 new tires for my F150. Did some research online and called Discount Tire...I was connected with Ryan, who was extremely helpful in getting my tires for a very competitive price. Scheduled an appointment for installation, which went smoothly. Ryan even approached me as I was waiting for the work to be completed. He introduced himself and thanked me for my business. You don't get customer service like that at many places these days! So far, the tires perform and look great! I will certainly be back.
