Brought car in for new tires only. Left shop with TPMS light on. Returned and it was reset by tech. Left again and returned because alert on again. Tech reset again and the states, take it to the dealer because it’s not shutting off. Take it to dealer and they state more than likely they damaged the sensor and they will charge 179.00 to check??? So I report this to tech and he responds, well if they find that we were responsible then we’ll pay you back. So not only did I spend almost 800.00, now I have to shell out an additional 179.00 to figure out what your company did? The car TPMS was working just fine before I enter the building. Sounds like court to me.

In my 35+ years of taking cars to shops, this is the absolute best. Every interaction has been so professional and positive. They didn't charge me to remove a nail from my tire so I went back, again, and again... They only charge for what they do when you go for an alignment, etc. and their staff is the most professional I've ever seen. I don't know how they get these great folks but hats off the management for getting them and keeping them. I bright light in an industry that can often be a real pain. Thank you for the great work everyone there does!!!

The entire reason I go to discount tire is for the service. Two times in a row now they've been a disappointment. I stopped even seeing if anyone is cheaper because I willing to pay more for customer service. Back to shopping around now. Previously, my wife had to wait hours longer than estimated because they ended up not having the tires quoted in stock. This time, they said the tires would be in and done by today. They didnt even call me to tell me it wouldn't be done, I had to call right at closing to check the status, and now they're closed Sundays so we're down a vehicle for two more days. No reason for me to ensure I use this shop if this is what we're going to get now. Update to review: tires came in on Monday but one was damaged so they said they needed two more days to order and
